Lots of guys stay in the sport long after they are shot.
They miss the roar of the crowd and the adrenaline rush.

It's hard to give up 10,000 people cheering for you.....for a life where the supermarket clerk doesn't even know your name.

i agree with that. just because an older fighter comes back it does not always mean they are having financial problems.

i'm sure there are plenty of boxers who are happy to finally retire from the sport, but in my opinion, it has to be hard to just give it up when you spend your whole life training/boxing.
