    3 fight break down

I think the first three fights are really toss ups. You would have to imagine if Kessler is supposed to be the best that he probably beats Ward, but Iv'e only seen him twice and though Miranda is pretty much one dimensional I was impressed by Ward in his last fight....

Dirrell is untested but this may be his coming out party. Everyone is in love with Carl Froch. I like the guy and his fight with Taylor was very entertaining but everyone seems to look past the fact he was loosing that fight untill the end, not to mention he is technically flawed and open to be countered with an overhand right all day. Should be a good one....

Jermaine Taylor vs Abraham. Abraham has one win at 168. He's never faught anyone as good as Taylor. The question in this fight is where is Taylor at mentally and will he gas in the late rounds. If he steps his cardio up for the long haul and can go the distance he can easily win this on points. Abraham isn't the busiest of fighters. In my eyes hes like Winky with less skill and more power. Another interesting bout

Jermain fought the best, Bute ain't done ****.

I actually think Froch will take this if it goes down. I think Ward and Dirrell are too hyped, and this is coming from an American. Dirrell's best win is against Oganov, which was a premature stoppage. And Ward's best win is over Miranda, and he didn't really impress me in that fight. Miranda is an even worse boxer than Froch. The boxing skills of Carl Froch are too downplayed I think. He swings wide punches but he has a decent jab to set up the rest of his arsenal when he uses it. Ward and Dirrel aren't on Pascal's level, and Froch beat Pascal handily. As far as Kessler goes, he'll probably stay in witness protection.

This would be incredible if they can get it to happen. Almost all these guys are fan-friendly boxers who like to **** and trade. If I was to gamble on any of them to win I'd wager on Kessler. Too bad they couldn't get Pavlik and Bute to join. If every weight class did this and crowned a new unified champ the sport boxing would begin to wake from its slumber I would imagine.

How is JT so overlooked now? He has only lost to the best at MW and got caught late in a fight he was winning against arguably the best at SMW. Its not like the guy has no skills whatsoever, People are still acting like BHop is the best fighter in the game, but he was 2-3 before embarrassing the best MW in the world. Like the man said a loss does not mean you're no good it means you've tested yourself against the best in the sport. The only reason JT is an underdog is because of his stamina, but he still has the skills to beat any fighter in this tournament.
