its not about race its about culture. there are slick fighters of all ethnicitys, but the majority of them are black. its not really a black thing, thats just campbell and jackson trying to limit the fighters who fit the bill so they can get the fight themselfs. but they are right concerning the fact that pacquiao never fought a slick fighter, regardless of colour.

african americans have slippery skin, move at a thousand miles per second while punching (though only for about and inch of the whole movement), their bones are hollow (like birds) so they have quicker feet, they have two rows of teeth (not really relevent) and, of course, their extra toes give them better balance.
