I agree that Manny is becoming a hype job. His legacy is intact though it won't be as grand as many of the great boxers before him however. IMO Manny's first win against Barrera is his biggest win and his only real significant one. He fought JMM to a draw and an arguable SD, lost to Morales before beating him when he was obviously shot, made a run at LW and faced the weakest opposition available, fought a 36 year old man who had no business in WW, and then took out a hype job in Hatton. This fight for Pacquiao means a lot since it will be his only real stiff competition in weights north of 130 pounds. Equally this is just as important to Cotto since to be the man you gotta beat the man and like it or not Pacman is the man right now. I personally am rooting for Cotto.

This is the part i hate about the forum, when it gets racist. But let me clear something out for you Buddy. Comparing to other Sates, Puerto Rico has the 4th highest % of it's population representing the USA in the armed forces. As high as it is currently, it has a lower unemployement than 20 other states of USA, does that mean that those other 20 states are lazy too. Wether you like it or not, PR is us territory the same way Washington DC is with the only difference that DC is geographically in the US, but it is not a state and doesn't belong to a state because same as PR and Guam they have a commonwealth government. Although PR doesn't pay Federal tax, they have what's called the "Ley De Cabotaje" which makes every foreign country pay tax to the USA if they want to export their product to Puerto Rico which by the way makes thing more expensive for the Puerto Ricans. Puerto Rican pays social segurity also to the USA and the last number of 2008 was that for the last 10 years Puerto Rican has paid 250 mil more per year than what they have in benefit. There's a lot of more thing i can tell you about Puerto Rico but i dont know if you are worth it.

I just hate when this forum is used for racist type of commoent and i must admit that it has come from all sides mexicans vs PR, PR against Mexicans, americans against latins, latins against americans same thing against oriental race and although what you were probably waiting for was some curse words or interact with another racist response at leats from me you won't get it because you are not worth it. And comparing our so called laziness while saying we act "Black" is an insult to the "Black" community that has done plenty for USA and the Globe.

I just hope that if you have a daughter, when she gows she has a child from a Puerto Rican or a "Black" person, not that i wish this as punishment, but as a blessing to you and your soul. Because it might make you change your point of view and your racist whay to see thing. probablt then you will understand and learn our cultures. I think Pacquiao has more respect and consideration for other fighters than the so-called advisers, other boxers have families to feed as well. I think the deal will stick to 38% as already agreed by Cotto. Except for the weight issue and any late offers from PBF, I think everything has already been agreed upon.
