Wlad/Chambers = Wlad/Byrd

I was never a fan or "big" on Dimitrenko, although I thought he might have some potential (I still do). I am a fan of both Povetkin and Boytsov.

I felt Chambers might defeat Dimitrenko when I saw he was in excellent shape. Before that I was predicting a late TKO or decision for Dimitrenko in a very competitive fight.

Yes, although Dimi will need a warm-up first.

However, like Don King, Dimitrenko's promoter Kohl rarely ever gives his fighters "warm-ups" or "confidence builders" after a loss.

Dimitrenko was less sharp than he's been in the past because he had been too inactive, with his previous fight 8 months ago in November, and only one fight in more than a year before that.

i think people need to stop comparing byrd and chambers..the onl similarity is that they are both small heavyweights and are fast..that is it. they have completely different types of styles and from what ive seen chambers hits a good deal harder than byrd did and chambers also is a better agressive fighter than byrd ever was..so what im saying is NO it will not be an easier fight for wlad than byrd because your comparing two completely different fighters..yea byrd was really elusive but his actual guard was not as sturdy and tight as chambers is..yea dimitrenko may not have much power but there was alot of weight coming behind his punches and chambers managed to take most of them on his gloves and when a shot did land on chambers he stood his ground..people saying wladimir is just going to blow chambers out of the ring are to be quite frank not the sharpest tools in the shed..chambers is a much better fighter than chagaev and he doesnt just stand in front of you like chagaev did against wladimir..i see a close decison win for wladimir

I'm a big fan of Eddie Chambers and knew he'd win this fight, but he is not nearly as good as Chagaev (have you bothered to watch Chagaev's fights?) and Wlad will have a very easy time with him.

Other than Wlad, Vitali, and Chagaev, Chambers will have a good chance against anyone.

Eastern European fighters are still totally dominating the heavyweight division.... Chambers was defeated by the Russian Povetkin...and Chambers is gonna get dominated and destroyed by the Ukrainian Wladimir Klitschko.

the heavyweight division is garbage, has been for many years. the last heavyweight fight that was worth a ppv was lewis vs klitch. i don't see a single fighter now i'd actually pay to see. heavyweight div are full of overweight bums. they say the 80's era of heavyweights were the worst, i don't think so, i say it's the new millineum heavyweights. complete garbage.

yes i have watched chagaev..and personally think hes a joke..he has mediocre power, mediocre defense, mediocre movement and mediocre speed..i really dont know what your basing his wins off of by saying hes better than chambers..chagaev beat a washed up john ruiz by split decision who was never anything special even in his "prime"..he beat a ****ty fighter in valuev by majority decision..and he beat vladimir virchis who never beat anyone good..there for chambers is the all around b
