This is not right. JMM should not accept if the 147 lb stuff is actually true. He's better than being jerked around like that. The man still holds the legit world championship at his actual weight class. He should just concentrate on securing a title defense there until another big fight opportunity with fair terms arises.

JMM said he wanted to fight Mayweather,he got his wish.

At least he had the balls to say the words Floyd Mayweather when the HBO cameras are on him.

Floyd's prime fighting weight is around 147 don't think he can balloon up to 160 at fight night, it won't be beneficial to his slim frame. I see no advantages in comming so heavy when he relies on speed so much. Postponement of the fight only helps Marquez to get used to the weight, the longer he trains in a heavier weight the more he will adapt to it. Marquez chances of comming out victorious has defienitly risen as long that he doesn't over train

Ok let's set this staight Beristain : Mayweather is a small welterweight. He officially weighed 150 when he fought DLH. He could have showed up at 154: he didn't. Why ? Because he's walking around at 150, not 160. Floyd could make 140 if he wanted to. The 3 pounds is irrelevant. Floyd will win anyway.

Well, Pacman should be blamed on this thing by refusing to fight JMM for the 3rd time. JMM would fight to defeat PBF in whatever weight it takes to show that he is better than Pacman in a parallel way. But I think failures consequently more probabilities from desperate actions. If he would lost to PBF, end of the lines for JMM and all his efforts to put himself in the position for a 3rd fight with Pacman will be wasted. Pacman would not probably fight PBF in full 147 in the near future, not because he have no balls. Fact is, he have balls twinned with brain!
