Ali was considered the champ by many. In fact most believed Frazier was a paper champ, since he won the title that was unjustly taken from Ali.

That's not the same triangle. Cotto beat Mosley, Margarito beat Cotto, and Mosley beat Margarito. Frazier beat Ali, Foreman beat Frazier, and Ali beat Frazier.
