He's the best right now street. Shane got lucky against Tony. Fluke win. Cotto's been doing way more at WW than Mosley.

How so? The number one WW in the world is Sugar Shane all the credible lists say it, and Mosley beat the man who beat the man. If Cotto fights Shane and beats him then he is number one, until then he is second, and should really be third after Clottey.

Frazier was then considered number one, Foreman destroyed Frazier than Forman was considered number one. Ali then rematched Frazier and beat him and was ranked number 2.
