Pacquiao is a better fighter than margarito and clottey. But it's not really a fair question because the size difference between margarito and pacquiao is absurd, whereas cotto and pacquiao are much closer in size. Pacquiao has a chance against someone his same height and has the same reach like cotto, even though cotto will outweigh him. It's much different then fighting a 5'11 margarito.

isnt that like a catch 22???you said margo is too big for pacman..but pacman and cotto are close in size..so that means margo was alot bigger than cotto aswell

In my opinion larry pacquiao loses to margarito, mosley and Clottey. Margarito becasue he is ahuge and pacquiao wouldn't be able to hurt him, and margarito would. Mosley because he is very fast, has a iron chin, and can ****in crack. Clottey because his Winky guard would not be broken through, and on top of that he has a iron chin, and had technical ability and good hand speed. Cotto on the other hand is no where as durable as these guys, and doesn't have good defense.

Cotto ain't as aggressive as Pac and don't blow thru opponents the same way. Means nothin to their match wit each other, especially cuz Pac ain't a WW.
