Erik's just stating the obvious, and I wouldn't even say the transition is "taking longer than normal" either. There's a grip of kids comin up, some of em are gonna shine, some of em are gonna be B+ fighters. But yeah, Erik is just stating obvious cause I don't ever hear anyone talkin about "Mexican boxing is dieing", aside from Puerto Rican's and Filipinos, lmao and for the most part those people are ****in morons 90% of the time. All that **** is about trolling, not about actual boxing. But between Mexico and the U.S. it's lookin like our prospects are comin out the shadows like the "Foot Clan' from 'Ninja Turtles'
But I think what you gotta watch out from Mexican American prospects, is how bad they want it. From the looks of it, the two guys from the states that had insane ability, that were suppose to be on top of their game ended up quitting early, and/or never being the same. I think that's cause they get satisfied too early. When they hit that wall, there's nothin really driving em after that. They already got all the vain flattery's from their promoters and the media, and then they just call it quits once it get's rough. lol I mean I can't front, it is kind of eery that you seen that **** happen twice in a row now.
