There is a difference between a boxer and a fighter.

A boxer is all about skills.

A fighter is all about the fight.

Floyd has better skills, but pac has more fight in him. Case in point: pac is actually fighting cotto instead of talking about it.

I think people tend to forget that PBF came from the smaller weight classes too and he is quite underappreciated considering how skilled he is...people tend to only look at his stint at Welter, where lets not forget he beat two people he was accused of ducking and a former lineal champ in Judah before chasing paper at Junior Middle in an Oscar fight.....Floyd is held to a different standard from everyone else because he's expected to have found time to have fought all these opponents like Tzuyu, Margarito, Cotto, Mosely whilst also fighting the fights he has done....He's back now and if you seriously think he came out of retirement without the intent of facing Cotto or Mosely you're just hating because there is noone else for him realistically outside of Pac-JMM-Cotto-Mosely.
