I saw a video once of foreman training for a fight by cutting down trees with an axe. He cut down a tree about 2 1/2 feet in diameter in 7 swings.

Holmes was never known as a big puncher. He had decent power but not one-punch KO power like Foreman did, not even close.

btw foreman definently had the bigg punch - its like asking who has a better defense gatti or toney?

foreman didn't have concussive one punch power, like say mclellan or jackson but he was so unbelivably strong.

he could just batter his opponent into submission with his strengh and heavy hands. only liston and vitali klit are anyway near foremans level of strength
