    Foreman by far.
    I saw a video once of foreman training for a fight by cutting down trees with an axe. He cut down a tree about 2 1/2 feet in diameter in 7 swings.

        Holmes was never known as a big puncher. He had decent power but not one-punch KO power like Foreman did, not even close.

            Holmes wasn't a monster puncher in the slightest. Foreman's tap was probably harder than Holme's hardest.
