get him back focused. his career isn't over and more importantly his LIFE isn't over. Some athletes have these kind of set backs and they are used a tool to motivate them to go harder than they ever went before. I say the kid bouncing back and this will be a distant memory in his career one day.Comment

Oritz got handeled no lie...but I don't think this is the end....far from it...it's a set back for sure...and his camp needs to get in his ear about how to handle a loss...he needs to know what, how when and where to say what he has to say....here is what I do if im in the mix....the first thing I do is secure a fight with a "lesser" figher....let him get back in the ring and build some confidance back up....second I secure a rematch with Maidana...then take it from there...in the mean time and leading up to his first fight back I have him giving interviews to anyone who will listen to "explain" what he meant at the end of the fight...hopefully this would put him back on track....how do the rest of you biatches handle this situation if your the manager???Comment

Well if Floyd didn't have Ellerbe stretch his ******* muscle before he began his workout then Floyd has no one to blame but himself. He's a pro's pro and he knows better than to begin an intense workout w/o loosening up first. BTW Deja did you ever offer a constructive answer to the actual thread question? I'm curious what you think he should do.Comment
