Oritz got handeled no lie...but I don't think this is the end....far from it...it's a set back for sure...and his camp needs to get in his ear about how to handle a loss...he needs to know what, how when and where to say what he has to say....here is what I do if im in the mix....the first thing I do is secure a fight with a "lesser" figher....let him get back in the ring and build some confidance back up....second I secure a rematch with Maidana...then take it from there...in the mean time and leading up to his first fight back I have him giving interviews to anyone who will listen to "explain" what he meant at the end of the fight...hopefully this would put him back on track....how do the rest of you biatches handle this situation if your the manager???
You are Vic Ortiz's Manager...What Do You Do Now????

I mean, you can't teach someone to have heart. If he fought the wrong game plan, then adjust...don't just give up. What's going to happen when he gets put in a similar situation even though he may be doing everything right?
The mental part of the game is just as important as physically training. If he has issues with getting hurt, he's going to be done quick, because now his next opponents are going to try to take advantage of his last outing and put him in deep water again, but what will Ortiz do then?
Time will tell I guess...Comment

Immediate rematch with Maidana. If he boxes him he can beat him easily. If he brawls he will most likely be stopped again.Comment

I don't want to sound like a Roach hugger but.. See if I can get Freddie Roach to work with him. I know he needs a lot of defense too but a power punching offensive minded southpaw? I think Roach would be able to work on his defense and I also think he could help Ortiz build up to his knockouts intead of flat out blasting from the opening bell. I'd also give him atleast one comeback fight against a non power puncher.Comment
