[QUOTE=F l i c k e r;5602808]That's what happens when you don't continue school after high school. The potential is there, look at De La Hoya.... enough said.

Delahoya's not the only fighter to leave boxing with his money. Ray Leonard did the same thing and so did many others. Most figfhters don't go to school after high school.

even that idiot prince naseem is still loaded. Apparently he invested his money in middle eastern oil, about 10 years ago. I'd say he's doing even better than Foreman with his investments!

[QUOTE=deanrw;5602891]I don't even believe it is an educational issue. Most people with a high School degree can manage money, mainly via life experience.

        Exactly.

I didn't say Delahoya was the only one. I used him as an example because he is the best example of it.

If anyone says school doesn't contribute to keeping your cash. I wonder about your living conditions.

He's not doing better than Foreman...I don't know what you're on,but you should lower the dosage.

George's deal with Salton can buy 1000 Nazeem Hameds.

Ali, Beau Jack etc etc etc.
It would be quicker to name the fighters who kept their money.
