Paul Williams, for as good as he is, isn't a draw. He really has no fanbase outside the hardcore fight community.

I didn't look over the contracts that Dan Goosen sends. Maybe he did offer Margarito a bigger piece of the pie than Mosley did. Maybe he didn't.
