If you TAP out then its ok, but if you dont continue a fight then youre a *****??

It can be a bit different, like if, I don't know, Brock Lesnar has you in an arm bar and your arm is seconds away from snapping in two, you are forgiven for tapping. But as much of a beating Wlad gave Chagaev the other night i'll never condone his giving up, as a 'Champion' of the world you never give up!!!!Comment

You cant expect anyone to do what Corrales did, And where is Katsidis now?Comment

Is that whats going on?, in MMA if you tap out your'e given up right?, its like youre saying "this guy has me iam beat"...In boxing if youre hurt like Ortiz was and you the boxer says "thats it, no more" then youre a ***** right?....I mean when youre beat or hurt then shoudnt that be it? whats the point of continuing and risking your career and more importantly your life just to impress a crowd and audience of people that have never been in a fight their whole life.
Also, an mma fight could continue with one combatant suffering a a broken arm or leg from a hold/lock/etc... but what's the point? the combatant without the injury/disability has too much of an advantage and the fight should be stopped.
so in essense, you have no case.Comment

Katsidis is still looking pretty decent, he only lost 2 fights in his career and won his last fight. I know Katsidis would have no problems moving up to fight Ortiz at 140. Katsidis knows he'll have to work hard to earn the top fights again and if that means going through Ortiz he'd do it.Comment

actually on saturday two guys in the same card lost by submission due to strikes, i will admit i haven't seen it happen before then but still. I do agree with you in general though.Comment
