Thomas Hearns. Although whether he actually had a particularly 'weak chin' is as debatable as whether Khan has.

Hearns never really showed a weak chin, his stamina was what got him into trouble against Leonard and Hagler. The only fight he showed a not so good chin was against Barkley and Iran was built like a ****ing tank, probably one of the strongest middleweights ever.

RJ, Trinidad, Cotto, but these guys were getting buzzed by and dropped by legit punchers, Khan was getting dropped by feather fisted blown up featherweights and getting shook by jabs from legit punchers.

His chin is extremely fragile and it's too fragile for the top. He will have to be moved very carefully.
