you may state whatever you like. i was just wondering who is faster. i think cotto too by a tad.

David Diaz isn't a fast enough puncher for him to even be in the same sentence with Cotto. Cotto matched handspeed with Zab and Mosley. Cotto's accuracy is what gets fighters off their rhymthm on top of him being pretty quick (not incredibly fast).

But in comparison to David Diaz...Cotto by a far stretch
