I saw similar foot work in Ortiz which is in Cotto. He steps in with his left real fast while his head is low but who is faster? Cotto is faster than Diaz though.

I would say Cotto is faster, he clearly hits harder and is far superior is the skillset catergory.
Cotto is a very big test for Pacquiao.
