I don't know the count, but during the fight i remember seeing the back of ortiz' neck looking red and swollen, but that could have been a shadow, i didnt rewind the fight to verify. Either way, great fight w/ a WTF ending

it was caiz sr.

there were definitely a few rabbit punches throughout the fight, mostly in the clinches. the ref could have taken a point away, but he did warn maidana. but the picture the OP posted isn't a rabbit punch. if you lean on your right side against an orthodox fighter and lean below his waist, you're going to get hit in the back/top of the head with right hands.

That pic you show is not an illegal rabbit punch. The fighter ducked into to the punch.

I hope you are not a Cotto fan and discussing illegal punches.....

but watch the replay u will find a lot ...

im not blaming meidana.... im blaming the ref..
