Ortiz is a good fighter, but he needs to stop trying to prove that he can knock every person out and not give up when his opponent gives him trouble. He could have used his jab to set his punches. It's called adjusting. He was clearly the better boxer.

so ur saying that its okay to just **** on fighters who are truly talented and exciting, just because they lost to a tough opponent, and because of other posters opinion?

Pac wasn't rated and wasn't expected to become a p4p king in the future during that time. He always come to surprise everybody.

No, I am pretty sure I was exact in what I said.

I said making a thread that states Victor Ortiz "fairly easily" beats Timothy Bradley, Nate Campbell, and Ricky Hatton... will definitely assist in making posters on this forum feel that he is being overrated.

You can say Maidana is a "tough opponent"... but if he is... what exactly is Timothy Bradley and Nate Campbell?

And Victor Ortiz should beat them fairly easily?

What I said was, you assisted in people thinking he is overrated.

              Your analyzing it wrong bro.

Ortiz is overrated because he QUIT. Hatton is overrated because he gets KTFO by A+ opponents. Khan is overrated because he was supposed to be the best thing since sliced bread and got ktfo by 1 punch.

Losing does not mean your overrated. Being promoted as the next Golden Boy or some **** and then quitting = over-rated.

but what ur forgetting is that vic was winning the fight fairly easily..... one punch changed that fight...... its not like he went out there and was dominated.... he was up on the cards.... plus, i thought at the beginning of the 6th he tried to touch gloves and was cheap shotted....

It doesn't come close to changing the fact that, the thread you made is overrating a fighter.

Posters read that thread, then watch this fight... and they feel he is overrated, and you assisted in that.

                    Not because he lost..

Because he was being promoted, by you, to beat Nate Campbell, Ricky Hatton, and Timothy Bradley... "fairly easily".

And again I will say, you aren't the sole reason, but you assisted in it.
