Hard to say, Lopez threw 1020 punches in 10 rounds against Penalosa, that's a very high workrate, he was averaging about a 100 punches per round so he would have ended up with about 1200 to maybe even 1300 if he pushed it a little bit. I think their workrates are comparable, Williams' workrate wouldn't be nearly as high against a guy who moves against him either.

True, however, there is a parallel. Most of Williams' opponents are way oversized, in terms of height and reach. In the Lopez fight, the same was the case for Penalosa. If Williams fought people closer to him physically, he'd be less consistent.
