Let's say he won the fight. Wonderful. Clearly? If you think it was beyond reasonable question, then you're the prejudice one.

He landed the harder punches throughout the fight, I give him that.

But those punches were few and far between. Maidana was outworking him THROUGHOUT.

But I guess that in Germany, 35 landed punches out of 100 thrown are canceled out by 1 solid punch out of 50 thrown.

Maidana was the home fighter, since it was on a Universum fight card. It would have been a UD for Kotelnik with fair judging, although it was a close fight.

How can a close fight be a robbery?

It was a close but clear win for Kotelnik, 115-113.

He made Maidana miss a lot, and he countered well with sharp accurate punches.

It was not a robbery, it was a fair decision. Ideally it should have been 115-113 for Kotelnik on all cards, but it was on a Universum (Maidana's promoter) card so I wasn't surprised that one judge scored it for Maidana.

Maidana was the "home" fighter because his promoter is Universum. If the judges were biased, they would have favored Maidana over Kotelnik.

Yeah, if fights were scored like that Clottey would have beaten Margarito and Cotto.

No, the promoter only matters if they pay off the judges like Sauerland does. Kotelnik was the hometown fighter, the public was applauding and backing Kotelnik which influences the judges. I didn't say it was a robbery, I said it was a gift because he won more rounds and ended the fight the stronger fighter. It was kinda like Berto-Collazo.
