Anyways.........Yea they both have some boring fights at times but also exciting. One thing though, MMA seems to have more exciting fights.
If you hate grappling and wrestling then you should hate clinching too.
Precisely who is a fan of clinching? No boxing fan likes clinching, but as it gets broken up quickly, boxing fans bare with it. I hate the grappling element of MMA as well, nearly as much as I hate it when MMA fighters just repeatedly hit their opponent's head off the canvas. Now don't get me wrong, I love brutal knockouts but they are still sporting. I feel uneasy about the floor pounding in MMA.
That all said, Dana White spoke nothing but the truth in that video. Sad as it is.
There is rumor flying around that Chuck Liddell may return to fight Rich Franklin at 205. That fight could easily be a Main Event for September if Rich's contract is renegotiated by then.
Liddell as much as he sucks right now, is a big name and with the numbers he pulls in will easily blow away any other PPV event
haha your comparing a 2 second clinch 2 a guy hugging a guy from behind with his sack rubbing all over the other guys ass for 5 minutes
I take it that clinch only happens once in a boxing fight right?? There was more time spent on Hopkins doing 160 clinches in a fight than most MMA fights on the ground. Its ok, that's boxing. Lol Pendejo.
