de la hoya wasnt as drained as made out, cotto can take a punch but pacquiao is his fastest opponent ever.

He did fight Judah so if Paquiaos his fastest opponent ever its deffinately not by much.

yea his defense and that fact that i dont think clottey has ever been swollen much at the end of fights..some people just dont swell easy..call me crazy. but id rather see a cotto-clottey rematch than watch cotto-pacquio

It's not crazy at all, because the fight was close. Clottey can win, but he has to make some real adjustments.

Well i could see a tko for Pac from the 8 or 9th onwards and will def be due to the number of punches. But i can quite easily see a Cotto win, bigger stronger then Hatton for example and Hatton stang Pac with the very few punch he hit with.

Im just worrying we get a short fight with Cotto cut to ribbons with cuts due to Pacs fast speed. Im favouring Cotto atm but i can see a pac tko, if he hits Cotto with a bomb ala hatton fight Cotto will be ko i feel tho.

first, don't get racial. people making opinions based on the fight versus clottey and people view a decline of what cotto was. i can't see it and i'm a pac fan. he's going to have fight a bigger beast than any of his former opponents. he's shown great improvement that needs to be tested.

cotto will win if it is win the first 6 rounds. after that pac makes anyone and everyone that can't keep pace from the first rounds pay. it's just how he fights.

cotto's scar tissue will be an extreme issue as well. if you think cotto can run around the ring like what he did with clottey. your DEAD WRONG. pac will smell it and capitalize on it.

Its funny that they say go to the body when in fact clotty said after the fight news conference that when he hit cotto to the body he noticed he was very well prepared and that he did not think it affected him.

How does a completely drained Oscar De la Hoya stay on his feet with no problem?

How does Cotto take Everything Mosley Margarito and Clottey have to give but somehow cant take a natural 135lbers punches??

Some say speed. but Mosley fought 135 at one point and pretty much has the fastest hands at Welterweight. Cotto just timed him perfectly which will happen to the little filipino.

I dont get it!!! logic says that either the smaller man still adjusting to the heavier weight gets KOed or it goes the distance.

I say Cotto KOs pac in 6 rounds.

If either fighter gets knocked out, it will be a shot that neither fighter sees coming. Cotto will try to go the body while Manny will be swinging for the temple or chin. Someone is getting stopped in this fight. I don't know who, but this match up does not go 12 unless Cotto get's on his bike.
