Jacobs Stops Walton, Continues To Look Golden

By Jake Donovan - He was coming off of a sluggish eight-round distance fight on perhaps the highest stage of his young career.

He was matched up with a durable middleweight veteran who had never been stopped.

He suffered a cut and bruised a knuckle along the way in what was the first scheduled ten-round bout of his young career. [details]

watching this fight i see danny isn't goning to be a puncher anginist 10 round fighters..cause a puncher would had KO that guy in the 2nd......and i also notice he slap his hooks like clazhage.

other than that great job jacobs...

Jacobs is a really good prospect, he wasn't pulling back as much in this fight compared to his previous one, keeps his left hand low sometimes though, could get him in trouble one day.

Yea he looked good, he's definitely got some work left before he challenges for a title.
I hope they don't move him too damn fast, I mean he should step up the comp at a decent rate though, no more cans.

he hurt his left hand training so he wasn't able to go full throttle with the left but he used it anyway...that's what champions do "fight hurt" not like so many of guys who "quit" from pain.teddy liked that for sure & wilder won't be stepping up for at least 5 more fights.too early to tell his potential.
