Unfortunately thats life, people are envious and dont like people to be better then them. For some reason in britain everyone loves a good loser rather then a winner. I have no idea why.

You obviously weren't here in 2006. He was close to a laughing stock when it came to nsb posters back then. In comparison he has way less hate now, its funny how haters perspective change in time, I personally always wanted to see him suceed but was always sceptical that he could. I am starting to come around on Wlad...needed to see him against a fast fighter who can punch like Haye. I still believe there are quite a few fighters from the 70's-90's who were capable of beating him, but hey its all hypothetical and opinion. You would hope from now until he retires someone who is a genuine top class heavyweight will come along so Wlad has a chance to cement his legacy.

And who cares what some kiddies wirte into forums.
Wlad has the biggest crowd in boxing today.
For example 66.000 people against Chagaev, over 50.000 against Chambers, Peter and so on.
So his style is entertaining.
RTL had more than 16 Millions TV rate for his fight against Haye, every fight more than 10 Millions.

Today Wlad got much more respect.
But there are a few mentally ill, obsessive haters like JAB5239 here at boxingscene and "Jack" over at ESB who having been making more hateful posts after Wlad's win over Haye.
Fat, self-loathing losers tend to envy and hate successful people like Wlad.

He cannot accept that Wlad is boring, as was Calzaghe in my opinion but for a few occasions.

I know it's strange, but Wlad's worst haters tend to be middle-aged men like JAB5239!
He envies Wlad and that's why he hates him.
I mean, it's obvious when you look at him what the obsession is.
