VERY TRUE ! Before he had that tyson"i'm going to destroy you" mentality and it's missing. He went from a fighter that was very, very hard to beat to a fighter that can beat you but not destroy you. That's the mystery. If he gets that old style back for this fight, it is not going to be pretty for pacman. Now if he stays with the style he's had since margarito fight then pacman has a chance to beat him. We just don't know which style will be at that fight.

I'm not hating on COTTO, he is one of my favorite fighters, but even with his old style. The question still looms that WILL HE be in shape to go 12 rds, he seems to slow much more down in the later rounds. Mosley was fast, but he wasn't a pest, who comes in and out and throws in so many different angles, PACQUIAO will for sure. Have respect to PR boxing as you guys have respected filipino boxers, unlike these fake ass MEXICAN/AMERICAN (XCARET) who just loves to hate on all filipino boxers and time and time again, we have proven his ass wrong. With that said, much respect to all mexican boxers and to all boxers all over the world..saying that ala MANNY PACQUIAO..

I really think Cotto will just be too big and too strong for manny. I'm a fan of both, but i feel like Cotto will be able to pull out a W in a close, competetive fight.

cotto has handled speed against mosley and judah, this will be a close fight due to cottos size and pacmans speed, you would have to favour pacman due to more impressive performances but i disagree that clottey is not a top rated fighter, the guy is huge for a welterweight and has devasting combinations iron chin and has good varied hand speed........

cotto will give pacman problems but is conditioning and speed will be a small worry but i think he could give pacman serious serious problems i do

i disagree, pac is not a brawler. he is a boxer/puncher. you need glasses if you cant see the improvement in his game. his punch selection has improved, footwork (balance) right jab and hook, slipping puches better, he has improved. he cant just be a brawler, a former flyweighht champ beating welterweights. you need skills to achieve that.

dumbass pac throws the same damm punches their is nothing technical about his punches your the one who needs glasses dip ****. the only thing technical about pac is his footwork thats it.

I'm a Cotto fan and i do not hate pacman. I think he is a very good fighter who went up the weight classes and took advantage of his skills against good/decent fighters but if i put cotto against hopkins or the heavyweight champ it's just a different fight or even putting cotto against a middleweight it's just not fair. Pacman is fighting a true welterweight, a welterweight who has fought the top welterweights in his division. A welterweight that is not the oscar/hatton that fought pacman. Is pacman fast? hell yea but there are probably featherweights who are faster that both pacman and cotto but i would not put these featherweights in with pacman or cotto. Does anyone understand what i'm trying to say? Pacman is very good against marquez, diaz, barrera, morales, hatton(lightweight) and a very slow oscar(statue).

If he beats cotto even by slight decision i would say it's one of the biggest things in boxing. I respect pacman as a very good boxer.

I feel you Rob. If Pac crushes Cotto then I am going to give Pac mad props because Cotto is a very good true young welterweight in his prime. But if Pac squeezes out something like a split decision where the fight is really close then Pac should end his voyage in the heavier weight classes because his next stop could might as well be the canvass because the welterweight division is stacked with studs. But I give the Philippino credit for at least trying. Big ups to all my BORICUAS routing for Cotto. It should be a fun night!

Pac definately was a brawler/swarmer for years but he has proven to be much more versatile in recent years. Not sure if he can be considered a pure boxer/puncher more like a hybrid as he boxes from the outside but still brawls when he does get pulled in.

I agree with you, PACQUIAO's style is one of a kind, very much unorthodox, but very effective for him. Although not something you would teach new boxers on how to box. That is why that song that the BRITS made should be change to THERE'S ONLY ONE MANNY PAQUIAO, ONE MANY PACQUIAO..walking along singing a song, walking in PACQUIAO's wonderland...... With that said...with no disrespect to PACQUIAO and his legacy( I'm a diehard PACQUIAO FAN) Donaire is probably much more of a boxer..his style that is.

pac is no longer a 1 dimensional fighter like he used to be. but definitely he can be easily hit and i don't know how he will respond if cotto hits him with his power punch/es.
