I had Juarez winning that fight, unlike a lot of people. It's just the idea that Juarez doesn't fight to the level of his capabilities. And it has kept his career at the fringe level time and time again. He is always competitive against the A-level fighters, but he doesn't show that extra gear to get victories over them. I'm just saying that his stock got lower after turning down Santiago. You don't turn down televised slots on HBO, because there are good chances that you may be fighting on ESPN or an HBO PPV card for peanuts. That is probably what Rocky is looking at.
