i have not been impressed by manny either the only fight that was actually impressive was the david diaz fight and that was a sub par fighter in the hatton, oscar fights you still see many flaws in manny but most of you only see what you believe to be upsets and you will all be upset if manny does actually fight cotto

But in Cottos last few fights he was beat down until he QUIT
He fights a bum in Jennings [Thats was great] right
And he was given a gift winning to Clottey...barely

i'm just sayin besides the oscar fight everything played out the way they were supposed to, you people give ricky hatton to much credit i always thought he was the most overrated fighter of the past couple of years,do you not remember that he was hurt by lazcano? and even in the oscar fight did everyone not remember how steve forbes had marked up oscars face? both forbes and lazcano were smaller opponents for oscar and hatton and both made them look bad so what manny did was not that impressive it's only impressive because for some reason you believed it couldn't happen

You are right Mellow. I want Cotto to assimilate, adapt, overcome and beat Manny Pacquiao. Miguelito no puede traer la misma musica de siempre en contra de PAC. Miguelito tiene que cambiar la tonada y traer un ritmo nuevo para ganar. Then again, you are right, let Cotto sign the fight ASAP.

the bad thing is that i really dont expect any change on miguel... if he keeps working with the very same ppl.. he needs somebody to this fight.. some advisor....... but still if he doesnt have it..

he has earn my respect and im confident that he can beat pac....

the only big advantage that i see on pac... is his stamina...

yeahh manny is quick as hell.. but timing... just timing can equalize that.....


but the stamina?? THERES NO WAY cottos is getting close to mannys stamina... not even working with bolt....

and thats the only advantage that cotto wont be able to match...he can deal with the rest..

Roach is going to expose Cotto's weakness and best of believe Manny will elaborate on his instructions. Cotto should get Manny Steward or something for this bout. Like seriously. Cotto needs to protect himself from uppercuts. Its getting real scary, me being a great Cotto fan, to watch him fight and getting tagged like that.

I hope he can do something about it.

A fight of my two favorites.. Never wanted this fight to happen, but I guess it was taken more serious than expected. I just hope both fighters come in healthy and leave the same way giving us a great fight and great performance on behalf of both fighters.
