This is misleading because Manny made that fighting Oscar. Cotto would likely make a similar amount fighting Oscar and Hatton. When looking at common big name opponents that are not named Oscar and Hatton. Packy and Cotto did about the same. 450k for Tony/Cotto and 450k for Packy/JMM. (rough figures)

i think cotto vs oscar would do more than pac vs oscar. mexico vs p.r. like tito vs oscar.
