Is Cotto a better Boxer than Juan Manuel Marquez?

JMM is a way better boxer than Cotto. I think he would beat him as it is right now, and the only chance I give Cotto is his size advantage. But his lack of stamina and appetite for eating uppercuts would get him done in.

I don't get why people say this,Cotto has every tool marquez does except for the endurance and trainer.

People forget cotto's resume but I guess we will have to wait till fight night to find out.

Cotto does not have to fight like marquez to win because him and marquez are basically the same style just a different approach.

JMM remains the key to beating Manny Pacquiao. If Cotto comes out and tries to bully Pacquiao, he's getting Laid TFO. With that said, is Miguel Cotto as good a boxer as Juan Manuel Marquez?

IMO cotto is a brilliant boxer, no doubt about that, but he isnt on the same level as marquez yet. marquez has already beat pacquiao. any unbiased boxing fan knows this.

Cotto is a little underrated it seems when it comes to his boxing skills, but he isn't in the same league as Marquez. The guy is a freak at predicting his opponent's moves and countering them.

I think overall cotto is the better boxer,he has a jab and a better defence.

Marquez timing and reflexes are so sharp and he's got more tools to work with than Cotto. Cotto uses all of his punches but the only real kill is his jab and left hook, a punch that doesn't land all to often on southpaws.
