Wow not bad for first offer a 65-35. That basically states the 60-40 end money split, and the oct 2 date come on...... But the date would be the same as said for nov 14, the oct 2 date I believe is for leverege for the split, nothing else. When it comes down to the money you always have to keep cards on your side. But a nov.14, 60-40 split @ 145 sounds good to me.
