They fought at Welterweight not at a catchweight.. Twice? They fight at 130 and rematch at 130. When in fact it's Pacquiao who came from 122 several months ago and jump up to 126 and 130 in a span of few months.

Freddie Roach agrees to 145lbs

As per Primera Hora (Puerto Rican newspaper linked below), Roach has accepted the proposal to have Pacman-Cotto at 145 lbs.

For those who don't know spanish here are several quotes from Roach on this news report.:

"Arum called me and I told him that didn't have any problems with the fight being at 145 lbs. In reality i don't care if Cotto wants to weight more than 200 lbs"

So apparently we will have Cotto-Pacman after all. I have been against this catch weight issue since they started but at this point and hearing that Cotto will accept a fight at 144 I guess there will be no excuse now that it might be at 145.
