It's a tough one Mak. I will say if Cotto wants to win this, he had better concentrate on the jab big time and also use lead right hands. If he cannot slow Manny down, he will get outhusled all night.

Cotto fought well agaisnt mosley and pac is no mosley so i think he needs to use his jabs n neutralize some of the speed counter and attack the body

Pacs footspeed is better than Mosleys & Judahs, he'll be going in & out side to side against Miguel

but i do think that Cotto has more pop in his jabs so Pac better be aware of that

the only thing that i really think can be the difference here... is manny's stamina.....


all around.... one is faster the other hits harder.. both guys have their tools...

Timing nullifies speed, Cotto is better than pretty much anyone at Welterweight at timing

remember that for pac's handspeed to affect this fight it will mean pac will throwing combos. which will mean counter opportunities for cotto, especially to the body. can pac handle cotto's punches?

Manny's Hand Speed is not the real issue. Manny's unorthadox boxing style, and work rate are Cottos real challanges.
