      Pacquiao tried to "serve his people" before and didn't get elected. He was popular in the country at the time too. So, really, I dont see him retiring after November. It only happens if he gets elected, he already got rejected once, who's to say it wont happen again?

                Nah, he is a lot more popular now though than he was back then... regardless of his popularity back then, the guy is worshiped where he lives I think he would get elected no doubt.
