Pernell fought Hall of Famers like Chavez, Oscar, Trinidad.

Floyd fought an old Oscar, easily hittable Gatti, Hatton who was winning the first 4 or 5 rounds.....

You can not compare Floyd to Pernell.

However I can compare a poster(Me) who hasnt taken bait... to you.

His defence worked pretty well against Julio Cesar Chavez,Azumah Nelson to.


He also dominated nearly every single round of the Mayweather fight. Many of Whitaker's KD are from being off balance.

Vasquez waxed the floor with Ronald Wright (Wink)had him on the floor 5 times and Whitaker stepped up to 154 beat him clearly.


Lets put it like this, IF Castillo, Chavez's sparring partner can arguably beat Mayweather imagine what Chavez/Nelson would of done to him. End of thread.

Azumah Nelson was a little guy, may have not been a push over at 135 but Mayweather would have had an easy time with Nelson. No offense to Azumah Nelson, great fighter.
