Moore has too strong a personality for an assistant trainer and he wants to teach what he knows so it makes sense that this would happen. Moore has a chance to be a very good trainer but he's gonna have to do it somewhere else making starting his own gym

The problem with Moorer is that he does not have customer service skills whatsoever, instead of being a charming front desk guy, he played the role of security guard. He does have a security guard business, but those skills don't apply in running a Fitness facility!

now that's he's gone, i still believe freddie needs an assistant...not to train his main fighters like manny and kahn but someone to help him with the daily resposibilities of running the gym
