it was a very successful event at the casino.tye looked good.his footwork has improved(we all know it was not so hot before).he snapped the jab & threw hard punches instead of arm punches.he wants to fight 4 times/year here.that's great for my local scene.cisse salif(vegas pot sparring partner) vs jason gavern(toneys sparring partner) had a alright fight but kind of sloppy.there also was a nice one punch knockout by tony lessard.he put himself in line for a canadian title shot in the middleweight division...I thoughly enjoyed myself.I met Gerry cooney & he sure is alot bigger than I thought.great card,successful event & I can't wait until the next one.lots if beautiful women there as well...you all can say what you want about tye but he runs marathons,played pro basketball all over Europe & decided to take up boxing.he's a phenominal athlete & is in great shape.now if only other top heavyweights would train as hard as tye the division would be better.he's lived the life.he's a millionaire that never had to get a real job.improved very proud to met him & we are starting to know each other.I asked him not to fight between sept11-oct1 because I'll be in Peru & Bolivia & he said no problem.oh yeah the casino was packed.

I agree but to be honest I've wanted to ask him myself but I didn't. I think he will set up a rematch hopefully in Edmonton.I believe he will want a couple fights to get the confidence back up.he actually is such a laid back gentleman I actually think he doesn't really care about the loss that much.he's boxing because he enjoys the competition not because he's broke like most Americans.him being a promoter there is know doubt in my mind he will bring good fights here.the firtha guy he knocked out was working with ray Austin so he was prepared for his fight with tye.I think he needs to avenge that loss too.again I hope Its in Edmonton.
