Wlad, Dawson, Mosley.

Mosley has a terrible jab which he hardly ever uses properly. He just flicks it out there to no real use. If he used it properly, as he did against Marg, then it is pretty good.

True. That particular version of Mosley, on the night, had a killer jab. Overall, I still think it's pretty good.

There aren't too much jabbers to speak of nowadays, anyway. Most of them are just content to sit back and throw an occasional slapsie flurry, or do nothing at all (i.e. Chagaev, Arreola, and too many to name).

wladimir klitschko - his jab scared an entire division. nobody can get past it. can also ko good contenders like ray austin who was coming off a draw with ibragimov.

Klitschko IMO, not even Sturm can control a fight by just using his jab, Klitschko's jab is quite versatile, definitely more versatile than Sturm's.

My vote goes to a very underrated Felix Sturm.

I agree Sturm is underrated, but I think Wlad probably has the best jab in boxing.
