Pacman should stay at 140 yes or no? Why?

Yes. Because he is the biggest payday for every boxers if they fight him now. They are the one who chasing him not the other way around. If he goes up above 140 to fight someone, he will give away some of his advantages but some other fans don't see it. Cotto whoever he fight will not get that kind amount of money than the Pac fight for his biggest payday. So Pac to fight him above 140 is the same as giving him some favor in his advantages that hard to resist. He should be grateful to Arum who wants this fight to be made and Pac by giving away his advantages at 140 plus giving his biggest payday on his boxing career.

    Cotto choices:
    rematch Clottey
    rematch Mosley
    Berto

    Pacquiao other choices:
    Mosley
    Berto
    Mayweather
    JMM
    Valero
    any belt holders at 140

cotto could fight shane, berto or clottey again and get paid a couple of mil not as much as he would get to fight pacquiao but he would still be gettin paid good money where as pacquiao doesn't want to fight shane can't fight floyd at this point and none of the fighters at his division will bring manny as much money as he would get fighting cotto or floyd

He should, but this is a money sport and the biggest money making fights are slightly above 140. Seeing as he is at the end of his career, he deserves the biggest fights.

Who the hell is at 140 anyways? Besides Hatton, who at 140 brings anything to the table? No fandom but realistically, who else brings money to the game?

Pacquiao should move back down(decent amount of challangers) or move back up(challangers with names and highlight reels). No reason to stay at 140 unless you want to fight Hatton again.

But Roach wants to bring 147lbers to 142lbs..Manny can't make 135 comfortably anymore..and is scared to fight 147lbers at their limit..and has no one to fight at 140..

I say he just fights JMM at 140..and settle that score!..and stop tryin to dehydrate welterweights..PERIOD!

Pac fighting the other option will get more money than Cotto fghting Mosley, Clottey or Berto plus the high risk low reward factor.

Pacquiao should fight top 147 pounders at 147 pounds. He'd probably annihilate anyone at 140 or below (besides JMM), and the public will certainly tire of one-sided beat downs (i.e. Pacquiao's last 3 fights). We want to see him in a competitive fight, we want to see him enhance his legacy even further, so I don't see any alternative besides 147 pounds.

Mayweather, JMM, or top 147 pounders. Pac fighting anyone else is pointless.

stay at 140, beat every top 5 fighter in that division, go down to 135 beat evry top 5 fighter in that division, jump to 147 and get killed by every top 5 fighter in that division.

                  then retire!!!
