If his lame ass opponent put up a fight Wlad probably would jump up his output and variety of shots. He may fight down to the level of his garbage opponent and just get the job done.

If his opponent challenges him and starts making him uncomfortable maybe we can see wat Wlad is really made of...I'm sure Emmanuel and Wlad have worked on more than just 2 punches.

At the moment those 2 punches are all he needs...lol

Roy throws every different type of punch that could possible be thrown... behind the back, bolo, triple left hooks, double right hands, rib breaking body shots, slow motion punches, used his jab in his HW fight...

      Wlad has two punches.

This is what we are discussing.
I am discussing a fighters advantages and disadvantages. Roy had the speed to be able to throw all those different punches. You wouldn't expect Roy to win with reach and height. So why expect Wlad to win with blazing jaw dropping combinations? I only use Roy as an example beacause its a fighter you can relate to. All im saying is that you can not knock a fighter for knowing and effectivly using his advantages to win while avoiding his disadvantages.

My problem is... when Wlad eventually (if ever) happens to fight someone who tests his soul in the ring... pushes him to his absolute limits... he will wish he practiced those extra tools he could of used.

When you have a guy in front of you, where you can virtually do anything too, that is the time to try new things... on top of the fact, you are on ESPN, and have 60,000 fans in the arena.

He has Ruslan on the ropes READY to go... the jab and straight right wasn't enough to get him out of there... the left hook or uppercut.. may of been.

At least..... give it a try. :roy4:

Sports are competition.. I promise you if professional sports didn't exist.. sports still would.. Yes it's entertainment.. but every athlete starts out as an amateur with a love for competition.. NO?

Only the best make money.. but that doesn't stop millions of people from playing sports anyways

Right, because Wlad was cleary not dominating him from second ONE.

It was clearly the ring title being on the line that kept him from KOing him.

Who is talking about jaw dropping blazing combinations from Wlad?

I am asking for a simple left hook. ONE body shot. Thanks.
