This fight would be huge in the UK. I want it to come off.

I have Khan by TKO, but it depends how Hatton has recovered from the Pac blasting.
Khan seems to be improving under Roach, Pac seems impressed, but he has to get by Kotelnik first.

A source close to the Hatton camp spoke with the Sunday Mercury and advised the paper that a Hatton comeback is under serious consideration. [details]
pointless in my opinion. hatton needs to accept he just hasnt got it. beating khan does nothing for him.

I'd like to see Hatton regain his dignity through this fight.

No one knows how good Khan under Roach is. He has improved dramatically compared with pre-Roach but the Kotelnik fight will be his first real test since they teamed up. And Hatton struggles with speed and with lateral movement. And he may well be shot.

It's not a matter of opinion, it's just fact.

Being the undisputed Jnr Welterweight champion for nearly four years and easily beating almost all of the top contenders during that period is, in divisional terms, as accomplished as it gets. Not in ATG terms, but "elite" has nothing to do with ATG status. The word just means "one of the best", and in divisional terms, in that period, he was certainly one of the best.

He was knocked down twice in the first round, the first time by a right hook, and was pretty much saved by the bell in the first round; and before either of those knock-downs he was hit often and easily with right hooks. He showed no head movement, no lateral movement, didn't jab, and his punch resistance, especially when you take into account the Lazcano fight, looks as if it may have completely gone. To say with any certainty that he is not shot is ridiculous. It's possible that he is not, but all the evidence is in the other direction.

there's no "suspect", its glass my friend.

if hattons got something left, he'll KO khan in the mid to late rounds,
but if he dont, khan will outbox em'

I don't think Haton is past his prime, he just wasn't an elite fighter and it was proved right when PBF and Pacman humiliated him. Khan would whoop Hatton's ass if this fight is ever going to happen. But Khan won't whoop him because Hatton is past his prime, no, Khan would whoop him because Hatton isn't elite. He never was. Hatton should hang em up though because he got nothing else to gain other than money. He tried beating elite fighters twice and got humiliated twice.
