    Pacquiao can beat Cotto at 147, provided...

    that they agree to a contractual rehydration weight. Say....155. I think this is better than fighting at 143.

    We already know Pac's speed and power at 145, but we have no idea how bad Cotto will look below 147. It just doesn't sound fair.

    I think they should weigh in at 147 and then just have a contracted rehyration limit. Is this even possible, healthwise?

    that would seem hard to manage since cotto gains so much overnight...i doubt cotto's camp would ever agree to this if it was proposed

      I don't think there's any way to get re-hydration weight stipulations worked into a fight contract.

        There was a rumour though that Pac had this stiputlation on ODLH that would've cost Oscar money if he rehydrated over the contracted rehydration. I just don't know how true this was.

            the manny pacquiao who fought barrera the 2nd time or solis would get decimated by cotto...

              Now it was for the weight in. Oscar had to pay 3 mills for each pound he weighted over 147 at the weight in.

              he could weighted whatever he wanted fight night, but he was to dead at the weight to even hydrate properly.
