Tell me about it. HBO was on the mark for boycotting this **** fight. I think I could put up a better fight against Vlad than this guy is.

Some posters in this thread simply does not understand why it's called the sweet science. Wlad is masterful tonight.

Wlad is backing up chag now. I am so impressed by Chagaev's chin. He took a lot of punishment in this round. I wonder if the corner stops it?

Klitscko's punches are strongest when he gets the most extention on them due to his long arms.

If Chagaev wants to take that away, he needs to get INSIDE. The man is like 7 foot for god's sake WHY IS HE STAYING ON THE OUTSIDE?

              JUMP IN!

GET YOUR HEAD INTO HIS CHEST!

              SHORT PUNCHES TO THE BODY!

DONT STAND AT KLITSCHKOS BEST RANGE AND STAND THERE TRYING TO DODGE HIS JABS WHEN YOU COULD NULLIFY THEM BY JUST GETTING INSIDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

              God damn.
I dont really see Chagaev standing at his range, only when hes against the ropes. You're not giving enough credit for the "robot" having great footwork. Every time Chagaev moves to him Wlad is moving away and jabbing. Every time Chagaev is moving away Wlad is moving in range and jabbing + straight right.

And as for boring. Has there ever been a 1 sided fight that was exciting? No. If you're 100 times better than your opposition its not gonna be fun to watch. Its gonna be a beat down. Which is what Wlad delivers every fight.

I've always been very positive regarding Wladimir. That said- going back to the Brock fight, I've seen Klitschko in a fight where he owns the distance with his jab and simply refuses to try and do serious damage. There's no way around it; he's fine being cautious, taking the rounds, and not even going for the KO. He's not that type of fighter and will never, despite his possibility, be one to put a hurt on a guy even ripe for the KO. Eventually he's going to leave someone in front of him and pay for it.

Even at the end of that last round, Wladimir just didn't try for the knockout when his man was against the ropes and BEGGING for it. I'm not a Wladimir hater, but there's not much excitement with him and that's never going to change.

Chagaev ready to go, what the hell happend to Wlad's left hook? He used to have a great left hook off the jab, he used to be so much more offensive and fun to watch before getting ko'd.
