Jean Pascal vs Chad Dawson who wins?

I think this would be a really good fight, Pascal is tough has good power and speed, Dawson also has good skills and power. Who would you have?

Dawson would probably win this one.

The only way I see Pascal winning is if he can hit Dawson on a well timed counter right on the chin. Dawson's chin is quesionnable and Pascal has good power (not great, but good). Otherwise, I see a UD for Chad, let's say 117-111.

I may be the biggest fan of Pascal in this forum, but I must admit that Jean can't hang with Chad for now. I'll give Pascal another 2-3 fights to clean out the flaws in his game, but for now, I've got Dawson beating him on a wide UD.

I cannot really picture anything but a Dawson decision on paper. But Pascal has proved himself to be a very good live dog who has speed and power. He would not let Dawson have one of his little naps in there at all, so he could provide a very big gut check for Dawson. Pascal could capitalize on it when Dawson takes one of his frequent rests.

I think Pascal might be capable of turning it into a war, in which case I think he'd have a good chance of coming out on top. Having said that, Dawson is better is most departments and so I would pick him by competitive UD.

He really need to fight other top guys before moving to this. He has to clean out some major flaws to be able to stop Chad Dawson.

Pascal will have at least 2 fights before Dawson. He has to fight his mandatory Branco, and there will be a rematch with Diaconu.

Unless Pascal vacates his belt, and I don't think he will, he won't face Dawson before a year at least.
