He holds lineage over Wlad and his WBO belt. Would Wlad beat Vitali, nobody really thinks so. So Wlad beating a washed up Rahman that people laughed at Haye for considering fighting means nothing, Vitali holds lineage of victory over Champion Rahman. Of course WBO is a legit org. It exists since 20+ years and WBO world title fights are announced as heavyweight world title fights by TV stations and there is no dispute about it. Cotto vs Clottey was a world title fight ("WBO welterweight title").
