I agree.

Cotto is literally twice the fighter he is at 147 than he was at 140. Pacquiao needs to man up and goto 147 if he wants Cotto.

I dont think Floyd can make 140..hes got alot more muscle mass....hell hes probly struggling to get to 144 for all we know..hence the delay.......
